We keep your information safe by storing it in encrypted files and only allowing authorised staff to access this on an as required basis to supply support and advice. Your data is stored securely in the Salesforce cloud based in Sydney Australia.

Where we use a third party provider, such as Campaign Monitor (for newsletters), or Salesforce.com (for advice and support, and case management) or Survey Monkey (for delivering surveys), any personal information you provide (e.g. your name and or email address) will be stored by the third party provider.
We will only use personal information that you provide to us through this site for the purposes for which you supplied it or, in exceptional situations, for other reasons permitted under the Privacy Act 2020.
